We offer a range of flexible licensing options to match the diverse needs of our clients. The price depends on the number of new products created (one product equals one credit).
When more credits are needed, they can be added at any time.
Upon request, we can provide the toxicological analysis of cosmetic ingredients within Cosmedesk or as an independent service.
The pricing is based on the immediate availability of the analysis and the need to review or insert the data in the system, ranging from 20€ for ingredients already analysed and readily available in our database, to 30€ for ingredients that have not been analysed and for which a deep analysis is required.
*The unlimited storage space assumes a responsible use maximum of 50MB per cosmetic product. It is implied that the storage provided by the Cosmedesk platform should be used exclusively for purpose of storing files related to the cosmetics products.

Yes, you can test Cosmedesk complete version without any cost. All documents generated are yours and all inserted data is completely confidential and will be erased if you do not wish to partner with us.
You can contact us with your preference and we will send you a proposal with the chosen plan. After the necessary information is provided your instance will be created in a 24h period and will be available for a year.
Yes, you are free to cancel your subscription anytime you wish but you will not be reimbursed.
Yes, you are free to move between plan during your licensing year or renew to a different one.
We will let you know previously when new features are going to be released and when they will be available to on your instance, you do not need to do anything. If you are using Cosmedesk on your server you will update it 4 times per year.
Yes, it is a custom service priced at 900€.
Yes, we provide this service with or without Cosmedesk. You can order ingredients toxicological analysis at any moment of your subscription.
Payment should be provided in full once your invoice is sent, access will be granted after.
