Yes, the trial is entirely free. No payment information is required to begin.

The trial period lasts 30 days.

Simply contact us at info@cosmedesk.com or use the free trial form on our website.

Once the trial period ends, you can choose to subscribe to one of our licensing plans to continue using Cosmedesk, keeping all your trial data. If you don't subscribe, your data will be deleted, and access to the software will be revoked

Our team will guide you through selecting the right plan based on your business size and needs. Contact us to discuss your requirements in detail.

Simply contact us at info@cosmedesk.com with your preferred licensing option. Our team is available to clarify all your doubts, send you a formal proposal and give you access to the software after all the necessary information is provided. 

You can choose from monthly or annual licenses, based on your needs. After this period, you can renew or cancel the license.

One credit corresponds to one product. Each plan includes a certain number of credits, but you can add more throughout your subscription, depending on your needs. 

Yes, credits expire after 18 months. 

Yes, Cosmedesk can be installed on your premises upon request. Please contact us for more details.

Yes, the license is renewable on a monthly or annual basis. You can also upgrade to a more comprehensive plan if your needs grow.

You’ll receive notifications when updates are available, along with detailed release notes.

Yes, updates and support are included in our licensing plans.

Payment must be made in full after the invoice is sent. 

Yes, you are free to switch between plans during your licensing period or on licensing renewal. 

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. Please note that you will not be refunded for any unused license period. 

Data and Management

You can track your credits and licensing period inside your Cosmedesk instance, and you can purchase additional credits as needed to continue using Cosmedesk without interruption. 

No, Cosmedesk is a cloud-based platform, and an internet connection is required to access your data.

Yes, there are limits on data storage within the boundaries of your licensing plan. 

If you wish to export your database, contact our support team, and we will guide you through the process. 

Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. If you choose not to renew, your data will be deleted 3 months after the subscription ends. 

If you wish to delete your data, contact our support team, and we will guide you through the process. 

Support and Service

Yes, we provide the ingredient toxicological data upon request as an additional service.

While Cosmedesk does not offer regulatory consultancy services, we have a network of partners that can help with applicable discounts on partnerships.

We offer support through email and live chat, along with a comprehensive knowledge base for self-service help.

When a technical issue or bug is encountered you can report it and it will be addressed as soon as possible. Contact us to know more about our SLA.
